When we first joined Calidus, the initial request was about a new recruitment system. But as is often the case at ImpactWork, we look beyond just the tools. What started with technology quickly evolved into a broader mission: streamlining processes, truly engaging hiring managers, and using data to steer proactively rather than just reporting after the fact.
The Results: From 20% to 40% Success
By improving the candidate experience step-by-step and strengthening collaboration across the chain, we saw the numbers shift significantly within six months:

- Increased reach: The number of applications grew by 22%.

Our own Jildert Huitema and Sjack van Zandvoort worked closely with the Calidus team to lay this foundation, from rewriting job descriptions to setting up a dashboard that shows exactly where adjustments are needed.
