What you will do:
You’ll work with proven best practices for Recruitment Excellence, where you will:
- Design complete and scalable recruitment strategies that meet the organization’s needs for the years to come.
- Design concrete solutions for improved Processes, Data, Technology, and Experience.
- Focus on people-centered and innovative solutions that strengthen the candidate experience and employer brand.
- Implement concrete D&I strategies to eliminate unconscious bias from processes and tap into new, diverse talent pools.
- Deliver measurable impact on business outcomes, such as higher employee engagement, a more diverse workforce, and increased productivity.
- Play a key role in delivering actionable solutions and achieving sustainable success for our clients.

With this role, we’re offering you the opportunity to take the lead in our Recruitment Excellence service line. That means you’ll build and expand your own consulting practice — winning new projects, improving our services, organizing seminars, and nurturing our freelancer community.

- Attractive compensation: A midlance contract that combines a stable income with a performance-based bonus structure: percentage of your own hours with a sales fee on everything you sell. Estimated total annual income: €120.000 - €160.000
