The interim transition director is appointed to lead a strategic transition. During the assignment, the director will also fulfill the role of statutory director of the cooperative.

The organization is in an important transition period with the implementation of a new strategy, aimed at improving commercial results, optimizing services and building an agile and decisive organization.
Duties and responsibilities
- Leading the organization and managing the management team.
- Implement and further develop the new strategy, with a strong focus on commercial and operational areas.
- Monitor the progress of strategic programs, adjust where necessary and ensure clear focus on achieving the objectives.
- Improve commercial results and strengthen market position.
- Optimize the range of services and stimulate commercial innovation and co-creation.
- Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including members, customers, employees, the Supervisory Board, Members' Council and Works Council.
- Ensure a balance between the interests of different stakeholders and clear communication with the Members' Council and Works Council.
Profile
The ideal candidate has extensive experience as a Managing Director, preferably in a commercial environment, and has a proven track record in change management and successfully implementing strategic transitions. Experience in optimizing propositions and sales, and demonstrable experience in the staffing industry or job placement is essential.
This role requires strong leadership with vision and decisiveness, excellent commercial and stakeholder management skills, and political sensitivity. A results-oriented, decisive and hands-on mentality is crucial. The candidate is an excellent communicator with strong social skills, able to connect, motivate and bring people along to change.
In addition, the candidate is change-oriented, proactive, enterprising and able to shift gears and make decisions quickly, even under pressure. Flexibility, adaptability and a connecting leadership style, with genuine interest in stakeholder interests, are important. Empathy, strong communication skills, the ability to build trust and foster cooperation characterize the successful candidate.
