Growth hackers

The IU Groep is active with six organizations. These organizations each have their own expertise but share the same social drive. For Intermediair Uitzendbureau, a strong regional player in the Eastern Netherlands, we developed growth hacking sessions.

Why?

The challenge

How can we help our recruitment consultants grow both personally and professionally?

Key questions

  • How do we bring our recruitment consultants into a growth mindset.
  • How do you use data to find improvement opportunities and what can you do yourself to break down barriers?
  • What innovative solutions can you devise to make your work more enjoyable and surprise your clients and candidates?

Our solution

ImpactWork has developed a growth hacking workshop based on intakes with managers and available data. Growth hacking is a term that is used to describe a wide range of marketing and product development techniques that are used to grow a company quickly. Growth hackers are often very creative and use innovative methods to acquire and retain users. During the workshop, recruitment consultants receive various assignments, including mapping their own journey and coming up with hacks that can be implemented tomorrow. The result of these sessions: very enthusiastic employees who have much better insight into their own work and a great acceptance of data-driven working.
