What you will do:

  • You will work independently on projects within our core services, bringing deep knowledge, for example in the field of data and experience, that is directly valuable to the client.

  • You will be the linchpin in a team of experts, providing oversight and a clear vision for the future.

  • You will deliver strategy documents, but you are also eager to implement the strategy.

  • You are excellent at organizing workshops and co-creation sessions, always with a people-centric and data-driven approach.

  • You will expand your network with clients and prospects and identify commercial opportunities.

What you bring:

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in HR consultancy.

  • Experience and interest in technology that makes HR processes smarter and more effective.

  • You have knowledge of HR ESG analytics and are interested in sustainable HRM.

  • You are data-driven and good with numbers.

  • You are independent, proactive, and results-oriented.

  • You are not afraid to dive in.

  • You are strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, and a convincing conversational partner at various levels.

  • You fluently speak the language of both business and employees.

  • You are willing to travel for assignments.
