ImpactWork is hosting a seminar on Sustainable HRM on September 23rd.
event

The power of sustainable HRM: more than a trend

In a labor market where change is the only constant, you will learn during this seminar how Sustainable HRM leads to less absenteeism, higher productivity, and more engaged employees.

Based on our latest research insights, you will learn how well-being, development, and inclusion can be structurally embedded within your organization. With practical tools, inspiring examples, and concrete steps, we will help you get started immediately.

Don't miss this opportunity to be inspired, share knowledge, and build sustainable HRM together. Make sure you are there at the Social Impact Factory!

Our speakers

At the seminar, there will be one guest speaker in addition to a panel of three CHROs who will talk about sustainable HRM.

Rogier van Hamburg, co-founder ImpactWork
Rogier will kick off the evening by discussing the results of the Sustainable HRM research, which was released by ImpactWork in April of this year. In addition, he will further explain the urgency of the theme.

Professor Judith H. Semeijn, PhD
Judith works as a professor of Sustainable HRM and chair of the Organization department at the Faculty of Management Sciences of the Open University. As a research fellow, she is affiliated with the Research Centre for Education and the Labour Market of Maastricht University. For the Ruuds Rugzak Foundation, which ensures that everyone can participate in society (guidance focused on daytime activities, education, and/or work), she is involved in the Supervisory Board. To relax, away from the PC, she finds nature ideal, but music and good food are also very helpful.
