Context
AB Werkt Zuid-Nederland is currently undergoing significant change and transformation.
On the one hand, the agricultural sector is constantly evolving; on the other, there are ongoing changes in legislation related to temporary employment and the housing of migrant workers. As a result, strengthening the Supervisory Board is essential—particularly in the area of various forms of labour mediation.
Affinity with the agricultural sector and/or experience with cooperatives is considered an asset.
Time commitment:
The role requires an average of approximately 6–8 meeting days per year. In addition, time is needed for preparation, contact with the executive board and fellow commissioners, and potential participation in board committees.
Compensation:
This position offers a market-based remuneration in line with the responsibilities and scope of the organisation. The compensation is reviewed annually by the general assembly.
